Free trial

The missed-call text-back trial is free for 30 days from the day your texting goes live. No card is needed and nothing is charged during or after the trial unless you accept a written plan and price.

Plans and pricing

Every client gets a plan and price written for their business. Work starts and billing begins only after you accept it in writing.

Cancelling

Email or text us to cancel. The terms for cancelling a paid plan are in that plan's written agreement.

Text messaging program

Gofirstlight sends automated texts on behalf of our business clients to people who called them and did not get an answer, and texts to our own clients about their service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Other services

Websites, Google profile work, email and text campaigns, and ads are covered by a separate written agreement for each client.
